Old Soul Pets works with trusted brand partners who ship directly from their US warehouses. That means fresher stock and faster delivery, and it also means some orders arrive in more than one package.
Processing time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Larger items like ramps, strollers and furniture-style beds may take a little longer to prepare.
Delivery time
Most US orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with the carrier, holidays and weather.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart and where it's going.
Tracking
You'll get an email with tracking as soon as each part of your order ships. If you order several items, you may get more than one tracking email.
International orders
Where international shipping is offered, delivery takes longer, and your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. Those are the customer's responsibility.
Problems with a delivery
